The Data

Your health as a system.

Baseline mapping translates 47 blood parameters, cognitive flow assessment, a lifestyle consultation into 7 domain scores that form your unified Moodforest Health Score. Individually, these are indicators. Together, they form a system map.

Your Reset Has A Season

Discover when your body is most ready for this.

Your cohort is determined by seasonal biology, not just calendar availability. Spring activation differs from winter recovery. Summer metabolism differs from autumn reset. The forest knows. Your body knows. We time it together.

Questions

Before you apply.

Can I bring my family? +

Your first Moodforest experience is ideally solo. Relationships are also work. Many participants discover that stepping away briefly from familiar roles allows the body to reset more deeply. That said, we do allow family or children in certain cases. Speak to our team and we'll confirm what's possible for your specific cohort.

I have cholesterol, diabetes, or autoimmune issues. Can I still join? +

You're very welcome. In fact, these are exactly the conditions we see improve most consistently. We're not a medical institution and won't make clinical promises. What we will say is this: when participants go back to their doctor, the doctor typically reduces medication and congratulates them on their lifestyle work. You can tell them you ate well and took care of yourself. That's all true.

Can I work during the residency? +

Only if it is deep work. We have a dedicated Eklavya period focused on personal mastery. Some people use it for deep work on a project. Some use it for writing or creative thinking. Some use it for nothing at all. What we ask is that it's deep—no meetings, no email, no half-attention. If you're going to work, make it count.

Do you have doctors on board? +

Yes. We have physicians on-call.

Why 7 days? Why not 2 days? +

The biological shifts we track—lipid panels, inflammatory markers, cortisol cycles—require at least 5 to 6 days of sustained forest immersion to show measurable change. 7 days gives us enough time to actually do the work and document what shifted before you leave. Shorter programs feel good. They just don't move the numbers.

What's the schedule like? +

Mornings begin at 5:30 with nature immersion and movement. Mid-morning you have your Eklavya period—deep work or rest, your choice. Afternoons include protocol sessions and guided activities. Evenings are reserved for circadian reset and community mapping.

What will I eat? +

Food is designed for deep cellular recovery and biological reset. Whole foods, high-quality proteins, and seasonal vegetables built around your targeted metabolic markers. Some specific programmatic intervals include integrated intermittent or extended fasting tracks.

Moodforest functional nutritional preparation loop
Will results last after I return home? +

The residency is designed to reset direction, not produce temporary effects. The 3-month post-protocol test specifically measures what has held. Most people find the direction change sustains—particularly when paired with the founding team's ongoing guidance through Club 100.

Can I book closer to the date? +

You can try. But the baseline mapping takes time to process, and the results shape your protocol. Starting it now means we can tell you which cohort is actually right for you—biologically and seasonally. We're also selective about who joins each cohort. The sooner we know about you, the better.
