Your first experience is ideally solo. But we allow family in certain cases. Talk to our team.

🏥 I have health conditions. Can I join? +

Absolutely. These are exactly the conditions we see improve most. You'll work with our physicians. When you see your doctor after, they'll usually reduce your medication.

💼 Can I work during the residency? +

Yes. But make it deep work—no meetings, no email. If you're going to work, make it count.

⚕️ Do you have doctors on board? +

Yes. We have physicians on-call throughout.

📅 Why 7 days? Why not shorter? +

The biological shifts—lipid panels, inflammatory markers, cortisol cycles—need 5–6 days minimum. 7 days lets us measure what actually changed. Shorter programs feel good. They don't move the numbers.

What's the schedule like? +

5:30 AM: Nature immersion & movement. Mid-morning: deep work (your choice). Afternoons: protocol sessions. Evenings: circadian reset & community.
